Hello guys,

I need your help please, in 2014 i started work with a very small company as recruitment assistant but i have only certificate of experience working with details, salary cash payement unfortunately, and no contract, no salary split, no wage declaration

So the only thing that i can prouve this experience it's my certification for working.

And i need to know if it's' not fraud?
 
Doesn't sound like fraud but might not satisfy the requirements for proof of employment and it might not get counted towards your years of experience and you'd lose points. Do you have enough crs points if this does happen?

Thanks for your help, unfortunately without this experience i can't be in a position to creat account EE, i have juste 5 years and 6 months (65/100), and this experience can make me in eligibility to creat a profile (67/100)
 
Hmm can you get letters from your old manager or colleagues? Tax returns? Position description, documents from your job etc etc.. You could try to provide as much documentation as possible and write a letter of explanation , anything that you can find that would help to prove that you worked there and what your duties were to show that they support the NOC code. But your best chance is if you can get that organisation to provide a letter
