AINP 2020 for administrative officer

I submitted my profile to AINP (Admin officer) on Oct 31, 2019 with Crs score of 361. The January draw provided noi for as low as 359, but I have not received mine.

Please is it possible for the system to bypass an individual with 361 because she has no job and sibbling in Alberta??? I entered Uncle and I wasn't given any point so I changed it to Brother who has PR in ontario, yet the point remained same.

Pls is anyone willing be reply me????

Sorry the January 9, 2020 was 350 and I scored 361
 
I don't think it equals to getting an invitation if you have more than the minimum CRS that Alberta is imposing. It's not certain even if you surpass the minimum. From what I understand, they send invitations if you have strong ties to Alberta (family) or can contribute to the growth of their economy. Maybe your NOC was not in demand that time which could be why you didn't receive an NOI.

Thanks, I have an uncle in Alberta and I also have an occupation in demand as well. I just hoping I get my NO I.
