Hi,

I haven't submitted my express entry profile yet.

With a CRS score of 441 (with max score in ielts (i havent done the test yet) & with a bachelors degree and a work exp of >3 years) I don't think i will be able to compete with the current trend (>470).

So the next available options to raise my score are PNP and a valid job offer (with LMIA).

As per my research, none of the provinces currently support the field which i have got my work experience (noc 1215, skill level B).

I want to know how likely it is to get a job offer that supports LMIA for a person who doesn't live/ has no wok experience in Canada.

I'm kinda new to this, so please help me out with possible solutions to raise my crs score.

Thanks in advance!

The chances are extremely low / nil.

You should look for other ways to increase your points or look into PNP.
