Hi There,
I want to know how to prove the work experience as a lawyer.In Pakistan a Lawyer usually practice independently and don't have salary slip or joining letter or any other proof of working. We only have a Licences that mention the date of its issuessance. Any lawyer from Pakistan who may shed some light on this matter. Please i will be grateful.

for the proof of work experience part, I quote:

  • if the applicant is self-employed, articles of incorporation or other evidence of business ownership, evidence of self-employment income and documentation from third-party individuals indicating the service provided along with payment details (self-declared main duties or affidavits are not acceptable proof of self-employed work experience).

I precede as a lawyer before the courts of law. In Pakistan you only have to earn a licence from Punjab bar and than you can present before judges one doesn't have to associate or join any company to become lawyer.
