Not include spouse documents after ITA

I have a ITA with Ontario PNP. I do not want to include my spouse documents stating marriage issues. Can I do that ?

Only if you are legally separated or divorced.

If you are married and not separated, doing this is misrepresentation and fraud.

Then you can do that in your current profile. Your spouse must still go through medical exams and provide documents.

Ohh okay. So no matter what I need documents of my spouse. If my ITA expires will it go back to pool with PNP ? So that I can again go into pool once I have the legal things in place
