Sponser brother inlaw n family from US to Canada for PR

Hi my brother inlaw just got to the US in 2019. He lives there with his wife and daughter. I want to get him here in Canada with me.

You cannot sponsor your brother in law. If he wishes to immigrate to Canada, he will have to qualify on his own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.

I have my wife here and her parents are here on a PR. Her parents just came here 1 year ago. my wife has been here for 8 years. I have 2 boyz.

You cannot sponsor your brother in law. And your wife cannot sponsor her brother as well.
He will need to qualify on his own.
