Hello
suppose in Country " X " full time work hours per week is 46 Hours
and according to what IRCC has mentioned : 30 Hours per week or more are counted as a Full time

So my Question is :
officer looks at applicant's country rule or
any hours more than 30
for accepting as a Full time job

thanks

They consider the Canadian rules for this, which as per IRCC is 30 hours a week

Why would IRCC look at your country's rules? You are applying for Canada.
