Exp Receipt date: 31st Oct, 2019

I just received my AoR. No status yet on ecas (being a bit optimistic). The wait will continue. Will keep you posted as soon as I have any other updates.

Are you sure that you have "In process" status in ECAS (not "Application Received")??

Yes it changed from AR to In-process

I believe "in process" means the local office is processing your application.
