Hi, I came to Canada before 1 year as a student. I needed to do medical serveilance for inactive TB after coming in Canada. I have been successfully assessed, results are normal & my file is closed for now.

I have question that when i will apply for PR, do i need to carry out serveilence again? Because it may extend my PR application for 6 to 12 months. If yes, can i do medical check up now , so that i can show 6 month old x-ray for my medical background.

Suggest me something which can prevent delay after applying for PR

You'll need to complete another x-ray as part of the PR application medical.

I'm not sure, but I'm guessing if you were able to complete the medical surveillance upon arriving in Canada, you wouldn't be asked to do it again if you don't leave Canada. I don't think you should worry about a delay in your PR application for that reason.
