Almost certainly a fake offer but post copy letter here with personal details removed.
Generally all construction,hotel, oil/gas, farm and supermarket offers are fake. Usually they off free accommodation,food and free flights and create a fake website all indicators of fake offers

1000 percent a fake job offer. No company will offer accommodation or free flights or such a ridiculous compensation package, I mean 8 weeks vacation most people are extremely lucky if they get even half that .Ref NO: 3467/EDS0147 01/06/2020.

Salary packages are not quoted as after tax and no idea what the option to negotiate whether paid into a bank account or not is about.
Note also that no employer can include a specific start date in an offer where obtaining an LMIA and work permit are required as prerequisite given employers have no influence over the immigration process.
Is a shame that the offer implies you have already shared copies of documents something employers do not ask for, at least not upfront, given you could now be subject to Id fraud.
