Lol do not say he actually earned or not. That's his personal information and no one here can say it unless authorized officers. CRA & IRCC does not legalize any law about earned incomes, they look at line 150, so do not single our any member here. I wish someone will report and hope CRA will return $6000 taxes I paid if they do not believe or want to audit, even they audit unless they find out hidden incomes, how do they audit taxpayers claim more incomes to pay taxes?? We appreciate you are here but DO NOT commit or define any laws or stories were assumed and have never occurred.

I was waiting for the day i would say this to you but i didn't wanted to start an argument with you as i know you have a lot of time on your hands. But you came at me today on you own so here's your answer

My sponsorship file for my parents have been approved since first week of December

Lol keep your negativity to yourself. And know that no one likes you here.

Not negativity. Don’t appreciate people lying about their income to sponsor their parents and neither should anyone else in Canada. It is both tax fraud and immigration fraud. Doesn’t matter if you be overstating your income. I am not making up that you didn’t earn the money. You stated it many times yourself.

“like if i have income more than whats needed for Year 2017, 2018 and 2019.

but if i'm short of 10 thousand dollars for year 2016 can i show a part time income and pay taxes to cover that up?”

“I see. Thank you for your quick response. Do you think if someone who's short of small amount pay taxes to cover it up can get through the process? Like have you seen that happen?”

@robertp medical and PCC request Dec 30.
Anyone knows if we can email an electronic copy of the PCC? I believe not, in that case might have to submit via VFS.

Hi,

Does anyone have an experience or heard about biometrics repeat? My parents did biometrics at vac centre in dubai mid sep and I got a letter from cic end of nov that biometric cannot be verified because of quality issue for both my dad and my mom and they asked for the biometric to be repeated. There is no vac centre in the country my parents live and last time I paid 1500 cad dollar for travel fees.
Is there a chance to bargain and ask cic to revertify and accept with the current quality?

The cause of the issue is not explained, it can be elderly have a disappearing fingerprints or the vac scanners as both were not accepted!

I had received the same yesterday. Did you find an answer for the question you asked?
No. It seems the file is still in Mississauga. Maybe they send some outland applicants to Mississauga as a test too. Good luck with your application

Few were asked to do it again . You can't bergain it as it's a security check

Isn't Vac responsible to check the scan for quality before sending them? I know cic will check criminality with biometric but what about elderly people if they have a lose fingerprint? Maybe they should use the old fashion black oil instead to get a better quality, etc.

Can you tag anyone from this forum who was asked to repeat?

If you remain in a marriage like relationship and then get divorced only to get over the requirement that both parents pass the medical it is immigration fraud. You are misrepresenting your relationship to the Canadian government. It will be investigated because it would be a huge coincidence if someone got divorced after decades of marriage right before parent sponsorship with one parent being too ill to pass a medical. Not the first time people have tried to lie to immigration. @spiderme parents risk getting a 5 year ban. As a Canadian you should not be encouraging others to commit fraud.
Hey sister @canuck78 now you see all the Canadians doing this and that do you believe me when I say that it happens all the time? The police or whoever do not investigate and Canada is easy on non injury or death type crime.

Probably they will ask you to send the passport to the office in India.
