Deferal

Guys I had to go for deferal because my GIC was delayed now i have the new firm letter but they are not sending me new receipt to show my fee payment for the new intake.Should I apply using the previous receipt?
Also University said they won't send me new receipts

So of course they cant issue a new receipt, use the same one explain the reason.
