Salary paid by agency

Hi,
I am planning to apply for the PR via the canadian experience class but I have a small problem, please advise me ?

After I received my postgraduate work permit, I started my work on September 4th 2018 in a company but salary paid by a professional agency. On May 5th 2019 the company hired me as a permanent staff ( salary paid by company). I have worked in the same company without any gap and same position from September 4th 2018 to November 20th 2019. can I consider this experience as an one year valid canadian experience?

Yes but you need to get reference letters from both companies and adding LOE that originally from an agency to the company

Yes, I got my one year experience letter from my company and my department supervisor mentioned these details on my LOE.

I don’t have LOE from the agency but I have T4 from them (because payment paid by them from September 2018-May 6th 2019). I have weekly salary summary sheet also. Am I need to get LOE from my agency?

Although you work with the company for whole period, technically your current company is not your official employer in the previous months, considering that your T4 is under your agency. Your company now should mentioned only the letter the period as they hired you and you must get the same letter from the agency to be consistent with your T4. You can ask your agency to give you same letter but under their letter head and signature

I have one more question,

currently , I am in my restoration time inside Canada. My WES report got late so I can’t complete my PR profile now. I am going to apply for my visitor visa end of January.

currently, I am not working and I talked about my situation with my HR and they placed me under unpaid leave until May month.
I am going to apply via canadian experience class but I am not working now and staying inside Canada.
so how much I supposed to show in my bank account?

If you are invited under Canadian Experience Class, you don’t need to provide proof of financial. Just LOE, saying your invited under CEC.
