Underwight - Will it affect the visa approval?

Hi I am really worried about failing the medical because I am underweight. I mean I am almost 5.7ft and my weight is almost 43kg. Will it affect my visa approval. I am all okay other than that. I am 18 year old.

Unless it's the result of a communicable disease or a medical condition that is expensive to treat, its okay.
