How to get GIC if i am not from india china or philippines

Hi. I live in Bahrain and i am wondering is there any way i could get GIC from Bahrain. will have any affect in my student visa application?

It does have effect on your application shows you have funds to live there for atleast a year although i think its only for country with sds try contacting scotia bank if any bank can do it its that one
