I have a open work permit valid till 31st april 2020. I have noc A category job but its contact job valid for two years.

If it's a PGWP or IEC open work permit, it's non-extendable.

I got work permit based on my wife study permit but her study permit also expire on 30th april 2020.

In that case you can apply after her study permit is extended.

If she is continuing her studies, you can apply for extension along with her study permit extension. If she is finishing her studies and applying for a PGWP, she must have a skilled job and 3 payslips for you to qualify for an OWP based on her PGWP. Otherwise, you need to apply to change your status to visitor.

#1) Apply individually after spouse got pgwp.
Or apply together if spouse have Noc O, A or B level job and have three pay stubs.

Makes zero sense to wait to apply for the spouse OWP if you already have the necessary documents.

You can apply while waiting for your PGWP but again, makes no sense if you already have the required documents. Just apply together.

I just want to know all possible scenario.
Actually i am going to start my job one week after my orientation. If we both have to apply together then I have to wait for my three pay stubs.
