I am unable to unlock my profile as it got locked due to wrong entry of security questions.
It is mentioning "your account has been blocked and won't be able to recover online".
Please suggest a way out on how to unlock and access the profile.

I created my express entry profile with the NOC code 1122 (Skill level A) and today I changed my NOC code to 1225 (SKILL LEVEL B). Soon after that I received an email telling that i am not eligible for the express entry. what shall I do now /??

you don't really have a choice at this stage. you could just take your passport as well and get it stamped. i don't remember needing anything from the online account

Thanks for the reply. I have the mail, passport and photos which is only required for submission. Worry was whether they check the block/unblock status before stamping or not?

i'm not sure to be honest but I seriously doubt it. Your online profile was locked, not your application. It's like if your facebook account was locked but the content is still there. Does it take long to book a visa appointment? I personally would fill a CSE and head to get my passport stamped.
(Edit: it's what I personally would do, not what you should do)

Yeah that is true. It's only the online profile which is blocked. Thanks for the suggestion. Could you please let me know what is a CSE which you have mentioned and also why did you ask about the visa appointment timeline?

in my country passport is sent and stamped in 3 business days, other countries it can take longer. depends on how long you can wait with the 30 days. a CSE is a form you fill on the website to contact cic
