I am applying for my spouse's OWP and came across this question in the OWP application :

Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?

I will obviously say YES and mention about her TRV. But do I also need to mention her old Express Entry profile? The profile is expired now and she was in the pool but never got the ITA.

Having an EE profile is not an application to enter or remain in Canada.
