I was brought to the US on my mothers student visa at age 5. She over stayed her visa which means I did too & I lost status at age 12, I’m now 19 & trying to find somewhere I can be legal because my country isn’t a good place to go back to, I would have no place to live no family & no job. I just want to live in a country where I wouldn’t live everyday in fear. Anything will help, thanks

Unfortunately there are no options for you to come to Canada at this time. If you try to apply for any sort of temporary visa like a visitor visa, study visa or work visa - they will all be refused due to your overstay.

Your only option is to apply to immigrate and become a PR. However that won't be possible now - you are too young and won't qualify. You will need to wait until you are older, have finished additional schooling and have a number of years of skilled work experience before you may qualify to apply for PR.
