PPR = Passport request at the final stage for issuing COPR = Confirmation of Permanent Residence.

Are we seeing a huge delay for the NOC 2171 when compared to others, do you think the processing is based on the NOC and the country the applicant is applying ?

Now I can see much progress, out of all the applications I was tracking, only mine and Neha's application are still in Application received status.

If your reference letter is well drafted and related to your NOC, then its a good to go. Your NOC 1311 requires the below education: means you need to show some related education to your field of work. May be you need to write a LOE (Letter of Explanation) with details on how its relevant to your work.

NOC 1311:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
or
Completion of two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting)
or
Courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with several years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.

Yes , I have BSc accounting, professional accounting chartered and master in business admin.

I did eca for my highest qualification which is MBA and my chartered accounting orofessional. But I selected NOC 1311 and all my experience are in NOc 1311
