IMM 5406 signatures

In the checklist under IMM 5406 "Additional Family Information" it says she needs the signatures of "All other family members of the principal applicant (including dependent children 18 years of age or older)"
Does this mean her sisters and parents need to sign this as well? If so, where do they put their signature? If so do her siblings under the age of 18 need to sign?

Sibling and parents are not family members for the purposes of this app.
