Hii everyone ,
I applied for montreal in january intake
I submitted my biometrics on 8 nov.
i apply for diploma in earlychildhood education in cdi college.
I apply in non-sds.
now my consultant told me embessy hold the visa files and embessy donot issue visas.
My gc key account used by consultant
I donot see my file.
Is it true that embessy hold files ??

What does hold the files mean? What do you mean they dont issue visas? Have they not issued it yet or? If you made an application you will either get acceptance or rejection.

Did you get college acceptance letter?

8 Nov is just 1 month ago, visa can take much longer.
