I am sorry to say this but if your documents are true, and you have nothing to hide, you should ditch you agent as soon as possible. The whole ee application is only 1.5k CAD and he is asking you 5 grand, geez... You can get back your application by call cic, and link your application to you GC account. Just call them, inform the visa refusal is fine, I did, and a number of ppl here did and we got PRs, do go ahead and do it. Dont waste your money on some greedy beings, SMH!!

Hello, I forgot to mention my PR refusal for South Africa years ago. My questions are
1. How do I inform CIC about this?
2. Does South Africa share immigration info with Canada and vice versa?

Hello folks,
I'm totally streesed out at this point of time and need your genuine guidance.
I have submitted my pr application and my eAPR is 13th June.
However, today I just realized a grave mistake of not mentioning my spouse's UK previous travel visa rejection (in 2014) as we both totally forgot about it. My spouse is indicated as non accompanying.
I understand that this is a serious matter and can lead to rejection and a ban.:(
Now I'm thinking of raising a CSE and explain everything and also provide rejection letter.
What else should I do in this case? Has anyone gone thru this?
I'd appreciate response from senior members like @legalfalcon
Thanks
Hey , i saw this post of yours.
happend the same with me ,. i had applied for study visa before and in my EE profile i misinterpreted the details they want and put a 'NO' where they asked about previous applications.

hi everyone ,

hope you guys are doing ok. my AOR is July 25th. I have a question, that I forgot to mention that I had been refused twice for student visa 2012 in my country. so I raised CSE in a week after AOR. however, I heard some people said that web form CSE don't actually update your information even though they said they would transfer to the officer who process your application. Is it true ? Are there any thing I should do to ensure that my CSE update for the application.

Thank you very much.
