EXPIRATION OF BAN

Hello All,
Kindly assist with clarifications.

I was banned from entering Canada for 5years which has now expired for some stupid errors made by my Immigration Agent back in 2014. Please how to I go about applying again? What steps do I take. Honest assistance please. thank you

The process would be similar to the one you had gone through.

However, you will have to select 'YES' to statutory questions like have you applied to Canada IRCC before and were you ever refused an entry or visa to Canada or any other country and then explain it in your LOE.

Do you mind sharing what errors you made in your previous application that probably resulted in the ban.
