While i applied my student visa from my home country , i did not mention my 1 year of experience on my file as i had no gap in between and the agent suggested it is not necessary to attach the experience as of now .

Will it be considered Misrepresntation if i attach my 1 year experience letter on my Express entry profile

Yes it will be considered misrepresentation. You lied on your first application but likely now want to use the points to apply for EE. One should think twice when listening to consultants asking you to lie.
