Regarding Work visa for Indians

Hi,

I am from India and i have and positive LMIA for Retail store supervisor (Employer in Alberta, Canada). I have Canada and US Visitor visa. my employer guide me to come come canada on Visitor visa via US and apply for Work Permit at POE in Alberta.

When i visit POE and apply for work visa, Officer refused to give me wor permit and also ask me to withdraw my application and sease my passport me and allowt leave Canada immidately.

As per officer this process for only for Visa exception countries not for Indians.

Then they talk with airline and send me back and guide me to apply work visa online from india

Now i am in india and MY Lmia is still valid. Need suggestion
