Work Permit and Child Tax Benefits

I came to Canada with Work Permit , on May 15 2018,
It has been 18 months since we came on November 15, 2019 , my wife and I did our income tax for 2018 , and we did the application for the Child Tax Benefit, afterwards my wife received a letter from Revenue Canada that says she has a TTN number means (temporary taxation number).

My question is we have done everything already to receive CTB but we have not received it ? Does anyone know why?

When did you submit the CCTB application? You only qualified to apply last week. Is that when you submitted the application? If so, unreasonable to expect it to be processed by today. It takes 8-11 weeks to process.
