Need to know if I can show my spouse account money as fund proof even if she is not accompnying with me?

In case if I make her account as Joint account will that be acceptable?

No - you cannot. She needs to be accompanying you.

If she is accompanying you - you need an authorisation letter from her.

If she is not accompanying you - You cannot use the funds in her account / joint account as POF, however, she can gift you the money for POF sake.
