hello sir/mam

I am an international student in Canada I am married. I have applied for an open work permit for my spouse but she got a rejection for it. so can you please tell me what should I do to make convincing Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. the reason is I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 200(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Can you please share the timeline ? When did you apply ? Was medical upfront or requested by IRCC ?

I applied on October 27 and I got a rejection on November 14th. and yes we also did the medical upfront for my spouse as it is and required document for the open work permit.

processing time is 8 weeks but you got reply in 3rd week. Thats strange. How did you apply Online or on paper? Which was your visa office ?
