I am Jan applicant, PA from Pakistan residing in UAE. File transfered to LVO in October.
Today I recieved email from LVO asking me to provide Police clearance certificate for Afghanistan as I lived there for arround 6 months during 2015.

I previously applied through Afg consulate in Dubai however even after a number of follow ups I could nt get PCC. I have to provide it to LVO by 14 december, but not sure that I will get it by that time or even after.
Anyone who could advise or in the same situation?
If I could nt get PCC for afghanistan, what and how should I respond to LVO?

Yes, I checked. Its just that we need to write an application along with fingure prints to Afg consulate in UAE and they should issue a police clearance. However, i did the same process in December 18 and kept following up till may 19 without any luck. Now I wonder I will apply same and will not get it. Because systems in Afg are not streamed line. So what will be my options than?

YOu have to apply again and keep proof of application and push them to process your application to issue PCC.

If you cant get it till 14th dec, then you write LVO letter and attach all proof with it that why you are unable to provide PCC for afghanistan.

I hear ya sis.
This is a painful process. London is processing some applications within a week, some within a month and some are pending since forever. There is no sequence they follow. It's all about luck trust me.
That being said, pray for yourself and us.

I'm at AOR2 stage. Heard nothing back from them. But lots of people are in the same boat as us.
Its true 100% london visa office is not professionally handling the cases
After pre arrival i have heared nothibg from them
