I have applied through SDS process for visa.but my student visa got rejected as i didnt mentiond previous refusals for USA. I recieved rejection letter mentioning that not satisfied in the statutory declaration questions under 16(1) subsection.
My question is are there any chances of rejection if I reapply by responding correctly with explanation in statutory questions

Absolutely, there is a decent chance of rejection.

if all other facets of your profile are perfectly acceptable and you only got this part wrong then your chances of getting visa on re-application are good.

It also depends on what IRCC think the case was. Did you really forget the refusal because it happened a long time ago or you recently applied and got rejected? It is much harder to convince the visa officer that you made a mistake on the application (for e.g. you forgot about it) if your visa was rejected a few months ago, compared to lets say 5 years ago.
