Hello, I didn’t get a stamp on my passport on my arrival in Canada on Sep.3, 2019, and I need one! What/how can I do to have it? Thanks for any inputs!

You don't need a stamp. Just include an explanation with your entry date that you didn't get one.

Then it's not unusual for there to be no stamp in the passport.
As far as I am aware, it's not possible to have one added retrospectively.

I am eligible to apply for an open work permit and on the required documents, I need to submit the copy page of my passport on which the stamp of my latest entry to Canada should show!
