The employer who is giving you a job offer has to apply for an LMIA. You as an applicant cannot apply for LMIA.

thank you very much for your information. please clarify one point ,i want to create my profile, my husband already has , but his profession is not much in demand , i am an ex banker too , bechelor in commerce as per wes, i have change may profession last year my last kid was delay in speech with high behavior, so i started studying Applied Behavior Analysis,,did few foundation courses and now i have got licence from BCBA USA for RBT so i can take a job of Behavior Analysis. now i am looking in the job market this profession is in demand in canada and there are alot of jobs,,,but i dont have job experience with in ten years and prior it was in Standard Chartered bank as a floor service manager , so do i need to wait here in uae , get a job and than create my profile after a year or can i create it now my motive is to apply for my job as soon as possible.....i dont want to stay in UAE for a long period , if yes then i will revise ielts and create it ,, please reply thanks
