mention rejected visa or not?

I was under 18 years old when my parents applied to canada PR and we got rejected. now that I am 26 I want to visit canada for four months.In the IMM5257e form Do I have to mention that I have a rejected visa or because I was under 18 years old and I did not sign any forms be myself that is not considered as a rejection of visa for me?

Yes - this is considered as a rejection. Yes - you must mention it or you'll end up with a refused application and potentially a five year ban.

I am applying as a research visiting student for 120 days, what should I upload as prrof that you meet the requirements? and to show that I will leave canada in after four months?
