spouse work permit extension

if I am on my study permit and my spouse have work permit
and after my study I again extend my study permit than what about my spouse??
her wp will extend or not as my sp extend??

She has to apply to extend. Most likely she will get extended unless there are some concerns about her file. Like not enough savings to support yourselves.
