Good to see your case go though so easy!
I submitted my application on September 3rd and process shows following:
Submitted: Sep 3
Assessment: Oct 1
DIP: Oct 11
Nomination: ..........(Still Waiting)

I am wondering there is something wrong in my case , but the office neither contact me for more document nor my employer.

Sad, I am in DIP now, lets see how it goes. This is too slow .

But I just got the approval notification email couple minutes ago!!
Now I have to find my employer to paid the employer portal fee to renew my work permit....

I dont understand why gave you 5 points. The points for the work experience of spouse in Canada are:
1 year - 5 points
2 years - 7 points
3 years - 8 points
4 years - 9 points
5 years or more - 10 points

Hi, What is your response to question "Date XX XX XX first became qualified to practice in this occupation?" in EE profile?
Is this the start date of 1st Job where NOC mentioned actually became applicable?

I put the start date of my first NOC eligible job when I create my EE profile.
Also if you are interested in EE after you get your provincial nomine. Close work permit + 1 year experience for the employer on your work permit = extra 50 pt from valid job offer. Hope this will help if you do not want to wait too long for your PR.

Thanks, I assumed it's the date you completed minimum education for NOC. I used that date.

Not yet, I am gathering all the needed documents and waiting for the policial check and some traductions. No tricky surprises. Most of them are forms to complete.
I had to send birth certificates, and marriage and divorce of the previous marriage of my husband to translate. When I have the police clearance, it should also be translated. Tomorrow we will go to a public notary to have the [IMM 5409] Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union signed and that's all.
I hope I can send the pack next week!

last year OINP completed for the year on Dec 20, 2018, issued total 6850 nominations across all streams, I am worried my 90-day end is Dec 23 so what will happen?

No, I will try to get that license after more work experiences and some professional references....
