Hi Guys i am arranging for funds these days, Can someone please confirm if the funds in the bank should be given by blood relation or any relative with gift deed? I am quite confused, as some people said that funds in the bank can only be given by blood relations. i.e father/ mother/ brother/ sister.

Please update my CRS. its now 471. my points increased before a month of my completion of three years work experience. Until December 5th, i cant accept any invitations :(

I emailed regarding this miscalculation to IRCC - this is what they replied from a Do-Not-Reply-Email.

" Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Our Express Entry (EE) application system awards points based on the information that you have provided in your profile. "

I am clueless on how to proceed.

Most people I asked said that its fine as long as the application is submitted after the three years completion.

I'm in the same boat as you, please don't forget to tag me if someone says otherwise!

It has to be from the blood relatives only. The only case that is allowed out of blood relation is your spouse.

The cic website says that you can also use the account of your wife but you have to prove that you have access to those funds. How can i prove that i have access to those funds?

Hello experts, I am inland applicant with ECA professional degree, Experience in Canada 1.7 year in NOC 6316, No foreign experience, 2 year(16 months) program in Toronto and living in ontario from the beginning. Do I have any chance for receiving NOI for human capital stream or do I have to apply for it right away when it opens. website is so confusing, Any leads on this please.
Thank you in advance,

Yay maxed IELTS in my 2nd attempt at 9, 9, 9, 7.5. I'm now at 463, but realistically that's just a 458 because my birthday is in 17 days. Still, 458 gives me far more hope for an ITA before March 2020 than 455 did.

Gladly. Let me know if you have any specific queries. I had a 7 the first time I tried (which I had done without checking how they mark essays), while my wife had a 7.5. Since then the focus has been entirely on getting the structures right - ensuring the links etc are there which IELTS looks for. I only prepared with ieltsliz. https://ieltsliz.com/ielts-writing-task-1-lessons-and-tips/ https://ieltsliz.com/ielts-writing-task-2/ Wrote around 20 essays trying to get the various structures in and as many complicated grammatical linkages as possible. Make sure you know the 4 separate marking sections and how you can aim for an 8 in each one of them.

The best thing to do is to continuously practice essays with exactly the structures that they want to see.

Also took a lot of tips from this one essay: https://www.ieltspodcast.com/ielts-writing-task/ielts-essay-review/ It has been explained really well.

The score will definitely touch 462 in December (assuming that 4th draw on the 18th which should happen), if not 459-460. There simply isn't that much density in the 460s for the score to remain that high. The pressure resisting downward movement will start once the score reaches 457 (the late August score). I'm sure there are tons of profiles piled up at each score below 457 since there hasn't been any non PNP relief there since early May.

I think everybody above 457 should relax and just wait it out for the next 3-4 months.

Hi all, I also have a question regarding the proof of funds.
I am planning to apply without my spouse accompanying (reason - he has employment contract and can't leave the country until 2021). But, I don't have any bank account, so for proof of funds can I open an account and my husband will transfer money on it ( I suppose we should do gift deed?).
Is it ok that my new account will be 1 month old or it has to be at least 6 months? As long as I understand, if I apply without my husband, his account won't be sufficient even if I prove that I have access to it?
