does work exp coun when applicant in queue

suppose from when you enter into Express profile till you will be selected and gets ITA takes 3-4 months or even more
does this time count as work exp when you still working ?
for clearing what i mean
when you enter you had 33 months work exp ....when you will elect 3 months later you have 3 years complete i mean that

Yes .Once you create profile and put present in the end date ,it keeps counting till the day you get ITA.

One you receive ITA ,your details will be locked and so does the employment period .

are you agree with my idea : i read that 9600 guys are in the EE queue so if calculate days remain to last of them and after for example my profile it takes definitely several months , because EE profile based on CRS score and it depends on combination of age+work exp+....other factors/ applicant if need few months to 3 years to get full score of work experience can rely on this

Yes you can .
If your is above 460 ,you can expect ITA in coming months .
Below that ,at present,no chance,but can expect next year hopefully
