I received an offer letter from a company named 'Inbounds Energy' without any detail interview. Can you please suggest if this is real or a spam? Thanks for your help in advance.
Below is the letter:

Your abilities appear suitable to the needs of Inbounds Energy and we can offer you a position at the pay we have stated in the job Offer / Agreement letter. At Inbounds energy, every employee is an important member. All employees have the opportunity to rise according to their abilities.
You are advised to read the agreement document carefully and if you are satisfied with the terms and conditions, do fill up the columns with your information and append your signature on the agreement document. The visa and work permit fees has to be paid by you in country and we shall provide your flight ticket as soon as we confirm your visa approval from the Immigration department in your country India
