Hi everyone,
I am in Canada on my PR status and I want to bring my family to Canada on a TRV to sponsor them inland.
We all know how difficult it is for our spouses to obtain visitor visas due to dual intent.
My wife has a child from previous marriage and we have a child together. Our common child does not need a visa as he is a citizen of the visa exempt country.
What I recommend to my wife is to apply for her visitor visa first and if she's granted one, then get her child apply for his visitor visa and then travel together. I think that if they all apply together, there won't be enough to ties shown to the country.
Then I thought they would all fly here together.
I was wondering if it's a good idea to do that.
