What will happen if quebec's student come into express entry

I have too much worry

I heard just now Quebec approval rule which cause students after graduation might not get resident visa(i mean something like PGWP/ work / stay after study)
If this will happen how can effect to express entry CRS score?
Can say certainly it will be increased?
If yes
What is your prediction , to which score maybe increase 480?490?
Please advise

You will get points for Canadian education. But if you don't have Canadian work experience, then you will not get points for that.

As a person currently residing in Quebec you will have to show material proof of your intention to move out of that province. The proof would be a rental agreement or a job offer outside of Quebec.

If you don’t show proof, your application will be rejected

Suppose now drawing has been happened with 462
If quebec's student come in is it possible crs increasingly weird to 500 for example?

Well, any situation that drives new people to the Express Entry pool contributes to the increase in CRS but I don’t know how strongly the law you are talking about impacts the CRS.
