I have applied work permit in july but still waiting for updates.

Hello,

My employer applied for the LMIA in July and today got her account debited for the conduct of interview. I would like to understand that what are the chances of LMIA rejection while/ post employer interview. And in case of rejection, do they tell right on the call or send a notification later on?

How did you both get the jobs with employers with positive LMIA? There is quite a lot of immigration fraud where people are paying large sums of money to secure jobs. That is immigration fraud in case that s your situation.

In my case, it is a genuine job offer as I don't have to pay anything to the employer..there is a huge deficiency going on for Eearly childhood educators..i did the course and got the interview done from a friend's employer

I have applied for the post of Manager in an Early childhood Education Centre. My employer's account got debited on Monday..now I m unsure when is she going to get the interview call.
