i just received a call from Canada Immigration Express. They told me i am qualified for their program and that i just have to follow some instructions and sign up on their website. its has a 3 simple steps. 1. your personal info, 2. you have to pay $200 via debit or credit card. 3 is payment summary.

i dont know if this one is legit or not.
