When the college has only updated your status to 'refused-program full', I think they mean it and you can't go for Jan 2020. Btw, PDD in Web Development is a limited enrollment program of only 32 students and these kinda programs get filled very fast at Langara. I had to apply in March for Jan 2020 intake for PDD accounting at Langara!
Hey, I have reactivated my application for September 2021 intake, Marketing management! Has college started or is Langara having online classes?
