You dont need passport to travel from Toronto to Manitoba. Both are in Canada. It is similar to travelling from Delhi to Mumbai or any 2 places inside a country.
You will need an id if you want to catch a flight. It can be a canadian Driver's license or Infian passport
Oh that’s great. I was thinking on the same lines but one of my friends created a doubt in my mind that how are you going to travel as you will not have the PR card by that time. So, thanks a lot... much appreciated.

Then you need to cut off your friends and block their phone numbers beacuse they are talking trash. PR cards is a form of identiy but it's not the only one you can use to board any flight within Canada.

You can use your Passport (Canadian or not), PR card , Driver license. All of which bear your name , picture and DOB which are all required information to process you by the airline. No one can question your status except CBSA which do not exist for flights within Canada.

However if you want to feel 100% safe around your flight, you can carry your COPR with you along side your Indian Passport If (a BIG IF) someone had to be smart on you and questioned your status.

Regards

Thanks!
I didn't receive any ADRs and not sure about review required because I order GCMS only when in May and the status was recommended pass.
Hope this helps.
