Closed Work Permit - change in working hours (40->32)

Hello,

I have an LMIA based work permit. The job offer which was sent for my work permit said that I will work 40 hours a week.

Because of my company's financial situation I am asked to work on 32hours a week.

I am preparing for the Express Entry, and know that it is okay as long as it is over 30hrs per week.
But I am wondering if that is a violation of my work permit condition, and if I need to notify the CIC that I am not working less than 40 hours.

Please guide me!

It's not a violation. This is fine.

It's not a violation. This is fine.

but there would be problem with service canada because it is different from the conditions of LMIA application... right?
