We actually sent from start most of papers with Seal from the local Embassy there (Minister of Foreign affairs), marriage certificate police record, everything. I tend to get paranoid when it's Mexico that does the evaluation lol so the time i knew it was to pass there, we didnt take chance.

Lol yeah it’s not very clearly stated anywhere but mine is very adamant too about doing it, and I’ve heard other people here also get it done . The first round we did it but this time due to timing I was wondering how necessary it is. I guess will just do it anyways....

Finally received email for PPR yesterday!!! Thank you Lord!!!
Timeline:
November 13, 2018 AOR1
March 2019 - You have passed medical exam
March 2019 DM sponsor
June 21, 2019 File transferred to MVO
July 12 We start processing your application ( update on ECAS under PA )
October 19 Pre-Arrival letter - We are processing your BGC in Gckey
October 22 PPR
PA from Peru.

I'ts been a very long wait , the worst was no updates for months, we are very happy and relieved but we also think about all of you who are in the same boat , same situation and especially for all of you who have been waiting for even longer time. I am sure that your turn will come soon . Keep the faith, there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.

p.s: Now it's all about getting the passport at the VAC in Lima. Kind of confusing how to do this may be it is the emotion.

Anyone can help how to get through this is most welcome.

I know we have to submit passport, 2 photos and the letter from CIC. Do we also need to fill up an application form with it? Have sent and email to VFS reply not very clear sent another email requesting for more info , still waiting for reply.
