IMM5406 Additional family info Requested -Need help

Hi Everyone!

It's been 3 month I applied for PR CEC for myself and family . I passed my medicals in the second week of August. Yesterday CIC wanted Additional family information form from me within 7 days. My question is Why did they want this form ? As far as I know I have uploaded all the required documents under document checklist when I applied online. Moreover what should I infer from this? Am I in the final stage of PR decision or not?

Hey Edwin,

Received the same request. Mine was because I did not provide my father information because I don’t have it.

Just sent it corrected as unknown and sent my birth certificate certified translation and original to them to back up de information.

Did you get any answer on your process?
