Hello- I mailed my application from Texas on Aug 31st and it was finally delivered on Sep 18th. I think it took a while at customs and then got delayed because of Hurricane Dorian. I have noticed in many peoples' timeline lists there are delivered, received and acknowledged steps. For example:

How will I know if it was received? I have not gotten any emails and neither has my sponsor. I am still unable to link my application with any of my personal information.
Any suggestions?

Application Received on 2019-09-06. Received AOR1 on 2019-10-17. ECAS says application is in process.

I can see the progress in ECAS but can't seem to link in GCKey. How long does it usually take for the system to be updated?
Our entry on the spreadsheet has been deleted. I put a comment on the Q&A tab but I'm not sure if I should just add it back? Our application was received 9/20/19 (Outland) so I don't have much info but I'm confused as to why it's gone.
