Cant you do it with your ITA....?
I just called the hospital.
Just sharing it, so that if anyone else has any doubt about it..... It will be clear with this post
The person at the hospital told me, that we can go for a remed upfront I. e. without rcving a request from ircc , and it will be uploaded by the hospital.
But.......
When ircc sends a request for re med, they generate an id for the hospital , and the reports are uploaded on that Id. Thus it makes the work of ircc faster and easier.
On the other hand if ircc has not asked for remed...... And I go for an upfront re medicals, in that case the hospital will create a new id to upload my reports......
After ircc is done if all the other chks on my file and they will ask me for re med, since they are not aware that a new ID which the hospital created was mine. They would have to search for medical reports, which will waste time.....
It can happen, that the hospital might ask to take a Re med...... And the worst part is, if I have done upfront re med, another remed cannot be done by me before 9 months......
I will have to either wait for another 9 months or
The last option I will have is, to keep calling ircc. Raise webforms to request them to merge the new hospital id with the old one.......
I would rather wait for few more days for the request, rather than going through all these confusions ..... :)

Hope I was able to explain myself

yes, when they ask for re-medical, IRCC send the specific ID, which is called IME number, you have to tell the hospital employees that you are here for re-medical show them the medical request letter, they will note down the IME number, then as E-medical, it will automatically uploaded in your account, or say linked to your account.

and sometimes, if someone has a problem in their medicals, IRCC send a specific test request. which hospital needed to do on the behalf of IRCC, it happens if there's problem in the first medical. if IRCC have some doubts etc.

in upfront medical, hospital generate, UMI number, good for upfront medicals only.

It's really strange. I called yesterday, the agent asked me, why I did not get my medicals done. I told him I hvnt rcvd any email for the same...... And then he said I could go for upfront re medicals . I was doubtful about it, I asked at least 10 times...... But the agent was sure that I could go for re med. Then the call got disconnected
After 10 mins I called again. The second agent was surprised, why I was asked to do re med by first agent. He said I"ll have to wait for the re med, and I can't go for upfront re med.
This is how ircc plays brian game with us......
Same thing happened when I called 2 weeks back. Really strange
nobody knows what's going on, shit hits the fan, now its mess all over.

don't trust call center representatives.

Here’s the timeline guys

Somewhere is late August - ITA
04 Nov 2018 - AOR
05.12.18. - medical passed
19.12.18 - RPRF Request
Paid within a week
Super long silence during which I almost lost my sanity. Ordered GCMS Notes twice - elegibility met but last few pages showed RR for POF
Called called center 3-4 time once about every month or two months and they said eligibility is met. But I was losing my sleep over RR.
04.10.19 - Remed request.
05.10.19 - Re med .... I am scared of needles so giving blood is a big deal for me (the center had to ask someone to hold my legs while the doc drew blood)
14.10.19 On thanksgiving IRCC passed my medicals
17.10.19 - RFV Mail guys finally :)

Visa office - CPC Ottawa

This forum is of great help and you all became my rock.

Now I also have a query, during the pendency of my application my address changed and I promptly got the same updated by calling IRCC. Now do I need to update the address on my passport also ? Thanks in advance :)
